Established in 1956, the Institute of Social Service was founded with a simple yet enduring purpose: to serve people and communities through education, welfare and social development.

Over the decades, that purpose has grown with the changing needs of society. Today, our work reaches across urban and rural communities, supporting women, children, families, students and vulnerable communities through education, healthcare, skill development and community-based initiatives.
